The Italian Chefs Federation names him World Champion; the Worldchefs results page records Italy's gold with 94.167 points. The win is a pair's win: avoid "individual winner".
Short bio
Andrea Serale, born in 2002, is a chef from the Cuneo area of Piedmont. With the Italian National Chefs Team he won gold at the Global Chefs Challenge 2026 in Newport — Senior category, paired with Giuseppe De Vincenzo — after world silver in Singapore in 2024 and the European title in Rimini in 2025. In Newport the team also won the award for best dessert of the competition. He is head chef at Villa San Lorenzo, in Chiusa di Pesio, and runs the private-chef project Private Chef Cuneo.
