Co-founder
Over ten years across hospitality and operations management. With his mother Carla Musso he runs Villa San Lorenzo, an events venue in Chiusa di Pesio, and with Andrea Serale he runs the Private Chef Cuneo project.
Salvatore Corazza
Co-founder

Why AmaeHUB
The industry rarely talks about itself, and almost never well.
There is endless content about food and almost none about the people who make it for a living: shifts, margins, teams, suppliers. AmaeHUB exists to fill that gap — with content made from the inside, hands-on consulting and brands built around real professionals.
